The bar at Mosaic isn’t just where drinks are poured—it’s where flavors meet flair, and every cocktail is crafted to reflect a place, a mood, or a memory. In Part One, we introduced some of our most iconic signature cocktails. Now, we’re serving up even more of our house favorites, each with its own backstory and personality.


🍋 Ginger Sidecar

Flavor Profile: Copper & Kings Brandy, Cointreau, Lemon Juice, Ginger Liqueur

The Story: This twist on the timeless Sidecar brings a bit of Southern spice with the addition of ginger liqueur. It’s crisp, citrusy, and a little fiery—like a conversation that starts sweet and ends with a zing. Think French elegance with a soulful Southern backbone.

Pairs perfectly with: Moroccan lamb meatballs or harissa carrots


🍓 Strawberry Balsamic Gin Fizz

Flavor Profile: Empress 1908 Gin, Strawberry Syrup, Lemon, Balsamic Glaze, Soda

Flavor Profile: Banhez Mezcal, Ancho Reyes, Pineapple Juice, Lime, House Simple, Chili Rim

The Story: This one’s for the bold. A smoky, spicy, tropical mashup with mezcal’s campfire kick and a pineapple punch. Inspired by street food markets and fiery sunsets, this margarita delivers flavor with attitude.

Pair it with: Achiote pork sliders or grilled shrimp skewers


🍊 Orange Cardamom Old Fashioned

Flavor Profile: Elijah Craig Bourbon, Orange Bitters, Cardamom Syrup, Burnt Orange Peel

The Story: A Mosaic take on the Old Fashioned, this cocktail is both refined and a little exotic. The warmth of bourbon meets the aromatic bite of cardamom and citrus—a nod to Indian spice markets and Southern bourbon culture in one sip.
